How to modify an order after it was submitted
Orders that have been submitted, but that have not yet been shipped, can be modified by following the instructions below:
How to add items to an order ?
For security, our online store does not keep your credit card information, so we can’t charge for additional items. In this case, we recommend that you place a separate order with only the additional items you want, then write in the checkout notes that you want to combine both orders. We will ship the 2 orders together and refund your credit card for the difference in shipping cost.
How to switch one item for another item of the same or lesser cost ?
Reply to the order confirmation email indicating the switch you want to make. If the new item costs less than the original, we will refund the difference to your credit card.
How to remove items from an order ?
Reply to the order confirmation email indicating the items that you want removed. We will recalculate the new cost of your order including the shipping cost and refund the difference to your credit card.
