Refund Policy

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us right away. If we made a mistake fulfilling your order, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Product Returns & Exchanges

We offer refund or exchange for products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. We don’t charge a re-stocking fee, but you are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us in a safe and verifiable way. To qualify for refund/exchange, products must be in the following condition:

Flower Essences
Unopened, with the safety seal intact.
Flower Essence Kits
If the kit has been opened, we will refund the amount paid for the kit, minus the regular price of the flower essences that have been opened.
Publications
Undamaged, in a resalable condition.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Flower Essence Therapy Course, Retreats, and Workshops

We offer a refund, minus a 10% processing fee, for cancellation requests received according to the following schedule:

Flower Essence Therapy Course
Up to 30 days before the course starts. No refunds for cancellation requests received with less than 30 days notice.
Flower Essence Retreats
Up to 30 days before the retreat starts. No refunds for cancellation requests received with less than 30 days notice.
Flower Essence Workshops
Up to 15 days before the workshop starts. No refunds for cancellation requests received with less than 15 days notice.

Refunding your card

Please note that we can issue a refund only to the same credit card or debit card that was used to pay for the order.
