What causes you to feel agitated? Over-stimulation caused by an overwhelming amount of information or a specific subject matter can leave you feeling unnerved. Deep inner feelings of unworthiness or incapability can leave you in an unconscious state of agitation. When chaos and change visit your life, you may feel ruffled and disquieted. Sometimes the root of agitation lies in your mind’s insistence on planning for what might go wrong in the future.

Many of us live in a state of agitation that has become the norm. It is amazing to find how agitated we have been once we discover a level of peace and calmness that we haven’t previously experienced.

We can uncover and release many causations of agitation by using one or more of the flower essences below.

Being in the Present

There is one flower essence that always pops to mind when I think of overcoming agitation. It is Crisis – Desert Emergency Formula. Of course it soothes the agitation that naturally occurs when you are faced with a crisis. Yet its benefits go well beyond emergency situations. This composite formula supports you when you are focused on the past or the future, which is usually what creates agitation. It helps bring your awareness into the present, where you can simply be. Selecting the Most Appropriate Flower Essences

Not every flower essence mentioned above will be appropriate for every person’s specific needs. Usually, careful self-examination can clearly show you which of the above flower essences are most appropriate for your particular needs.

Though you can use more than one flower essence together, you probably will not need to use all of the ones mentioned here. After contemplating your relationship to this issue, select the flower essences that apply for you, or use an intuitive method to select among them.
